Agenda Item Submission Template (DOC, 34 KB) - This template is to be used when preparing and submitting all agenda items (Consent, Action/Discussion, Report, Update and New Business) for the IEEE Board of Directors meetings.

Financial Implications Form  (DOC, 33 KB) - This form is required for all agenda items requesting an action by the IEEE Board of Directors involving financial implications.  This must be completed and included with the submission of the agenda item.

The IEEE Board of Directors is encouraged to submit nominations for the various leadership positions throughout the IEEE. Nominations for positions on IEEE Standing Committees and other Officer positions that are the recommended by the IEEE Nominations and Appointments (IEEE N&A) Committee may be submitted via the IEEE N&A Nomination form.
